What is Oh Baby Boxes?

Oh Baby Boxes is a monthly lifestyle subscription box for expecting mamas! Each box is expertly curated and customized to your due date and designed to pamper mama-to-be's throughout pregnancy. We select 6-8 full sized pregnancy safe, healthy, helpful, and fun goodies to support you throughout every stage. Items change each month so it's always a delightful surprise! After birth, subscribers will automatically begin to receive postpartum boxes filled with self care goodies to help ease the transition.

Can I send it as a gift?

Of course! Simply choose "this is a gift" option at checkout and you can enter the gift recipient's information! Gift purchases have the option of being non-renewing, so your gift will automatically expire at the end of the subscription plan period if you do not select the auto-renew option. No need to cancel! If you want the gift to be auto-renewing, simply check the "auto-renew" check box under the gift section at check out!

How does it work?

There are 3 plans available for you to choose from: Monthly , 3 month, or 6 months. Subscriptions auto-renew according to the subscription term. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (1st of the month) to not be renewed. For multiple month subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, however you will still receive the remaining boxes from your prepaid multiple month subscription and then your subscription will end. For example, if you choose a 3 month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month- you will still receive your 3rd prepaid box. After your 3rd final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end. You can also purchase one-time gift subscriptions that do not auto-renew! Simply choose "this is a gift" option at checkout and your gift will automatically expire at the end of the prepaid period if you do not select the auto-renew option. With this option, there's no need to log onto your account to cancel!

When will I receive my box?

Your first box will ship within 1-3 days of your purchase date. All subsequent boxes will ship on the 15th of the next month and can take 3-7 business days to arrive if you are in the USA. We offer FREE shipping for all domestic USA orders.

When will I auto renew?

Renewals occur on the 1st of the month, and renews according to your subscription plan. Monthly plans renew each month on the 1st, 3 month plans renew every 3 months, and 6 month plans renew every 6 months. Simply cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be renewed. OR, choose the gift option at check out and your subscription will automatically expire at the end of your subscription term so there's no need to cancel!

What if I don't want to auto-renew?

This is absolutely possible! Simply check the "this is a gift" option at check out, and you will have the option to not auto-renew! These gift subscriptions will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period so there is never a need to cancel.

Can I skip my next box?

Absolutely! Simply log onto your account and click "skip renewal" before your renewal date to skip a month. Or, if you need any assistance or have a specific request - email hello@ohbabyboxes.com and we're happy to assist!

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! Shipping to Canada is $14.99, and all other countries is $25.00. Shipping can take 7-21+ business days to arrive, depending on your country. Oh Baby Boxes is not responsible for any applicable duties or custom fees that may arise.

How do I cancel?

Simply log onto your account and click "cancel" before your next renewal date to end your subcription. Or, if you need any assistance or have a specific request - email hello@ohbabyboxes.com and we're happy to assist!

Can I return/exchange an item in my box?

We accept returns / replace items that are damaged or defective. Please email us at hello@ohbabyboxes.com and attach photo evidence of any damages/defects within 30 days of receipt of the box. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP!

What if I'm not happy with my box?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your box, send it back!  We will happily accept your return and issue a refund in the form of a store credit. Please email us at hello@ohbabyboxes.com within 30 days of receiving your product in order to begin the return process. We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, returned after 30 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs/fees, and are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us.

What if I received a damaged item?

We will gladly send you a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at hello@ohbabyboxes.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receipt of the box. Please ensure you send us photos of: 1) The outside condition of the box upon delivery 2) The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage 3) A picture of the inside of the box you received. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos!

What's your refund policy?

We honor refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal if you change your mind after placing an order. Please email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at hello@ohbabyboxes.com and request a refund via email, because refunds are  processed manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back onto your card. We want you to be 100% happy with your box! If you've received your box, but are unsatisfied we're happy to accept a return in exchange for store credit if you email us within 30 days of receiving your box. We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, returned after 30 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs/fees, and are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us.
